Definition of different entities

The RESOCOM website is an institutional site whose purpose is to present the RESOCOM company to users. Users are defined by all the people who use the site or one of the services offered by the site and who have access to their content. The content designates all the data transmitted in the different sections of the site.

Access to the site and the available services

The site www.resocom.com is a showcase site that has for aim to inform the users about the RESOCOM company. It presents the totality of the services presented by the company. The site informs on RESOCOM news. The user has the possibility of filling out a contact form which allows him or her to get in touch with RESOCOM in order to ask questions. www.resocom.com is an exchange space that provides access to links to RESOCOM social networks.

Intellectual property

RESOCOM remains the owner of all intellectual property rights over studies, drawings, models, prototypes, its know-how, its tools, its data, its software, its software packages and methods with aim to providing the services to the user.

The user therefore refrains from any reproduction or exploitation of said studies, drawings, models and prototypes etc., without the express, prior written authorization of RESOCOM which may condition it for financial compensation.

In any event, and unless express, prior and written agreement, the user agrees to the following terms:

  1. Not to modify, transmit or reproduce any medium whatsoever, in whole or in part, the elements relating to the service
  2. To not adapt, translate, arrange or modify in any way these elements.
  3. To use these elements only for their intended purpose
  4. Not to attempt to decompile these elements
  5. To not extract, permanently or temporarily, in whole or in part qualitatively or quantitatively substantial these elements
  6.  not to modify the mode of use of these elements, in particular by applying hypertext links, interconnection between these elements and all other third-party elements or even the use of means aimed at accessing the Service in a non-compliant manner
  7. not allowing or facilitating the performance by a third party of the operations defined in points 1 to 6.

Personal data and cookies
